How to use STIKZAP

Stikzap is a PALM OS program that lets you turn standard sony memory sticks into programmable memory sticks.

What you'll need:

*Use purple memory sticks. MS PRO duo adapters will not work.*

  1. Download stikzap here .
  2. Insert the memory stick into the Clie first. It will make some folders. Then take it back out.
  3. Plug your memory stick into your computer via the sony branded memory stick reader.
  4. Drag and drop your program files to the root of the stick. You should have an OPEN-R folder and MEMSTICK.IND.
  5. Drag your .bin file into the OPEN-R folder. Rename the file to stiksafe.bin. Open the palm folder, then programs, then launcher. Drag and drop stikzap into this folder.
  6. Eject your stick and insert it into the clie. Open stikzap. Click on the "use safety" pop up. If you don't see a pop up, click on the drop down menu in the top left corner that says stick.
  7. Eject your stick and enjoy your software!
